Can I combine two setups in the same event?
Yes. It is common to switch, for example, from theatre seating for the conference to tables for dinner: we handle the reconfiguration during a break.
How many people fit in each configuration?
Up to 80 theatre-style, 120 standing; with tables, work islands or dinners, capacity depends on the layout: we specify it in the quote.
How long does setup take?
Standard configurations are ready at the agreed time, before you arrive. For custom sets and scenography we define the timing together at the quote stage.
Are audio, video and lighting included?
Yes, every setup includes the basic technical equipment run by our in-house service; direction, streaming and editing are available on request.
