The Creative Approach is an experiential activity designed by Massimiliano Palmetti that uses art as a tool to spark creativity, drive change, and foster engagement within organizations.

The project is based on the idea that creativity emerges through play, exploration, and the ability to see things from new perspectives. In this context, art becomes an accessible language that helps people break out of familiar patterns, embrace change, and develop new ways of thinking.

The experience is structured as a multi-phase team-building activity:

• an introductory session focused on the theme of change
• a “color hunt,” where participants work in teams
• problem-solving moments to unlock tools and materials
• a final debrief with the creation of a collective artwork

Inspired by action painting techniques, each participant contributes to a shared piece that reflects the group’s identity and the journey they have taken together.

The goal is to re-energize teams, strengthen collaboration, and encourage a more open and creative approach to challenges, turning the artistic process into a practical tool for personal and professional growth.
